Fiona is a strategic stakeholder engagement and communications’ professional with more than 25 years’ experience working across a range of industries including construction, mining and State Government. Prior to consulting, Fiona worked in the civil construction industry in Perth, working on both the client and contractor side of projects, which has provided her with the ability to understand and appreciate the priorities from both sides. She has managed the community and stakeholder engagement programs for both design and construct, and alliance projects, and worked on winning bid teams.  ​ Fiona has also been involved with developing and implementing effective communications and stakeholder engagement programs for major resource companies including BHP, FMG and Alcoa with a strong focus on delivering internal communications to drive employee engagement. Fiona has proven she is able to adapt to working successfully with a wide range of people and organisations across various projects.
